Associated with Josh Electronics Ltd as Programmer. This company used to manufacture Computer and develop special purpose software for interface with different devices of calibration and test equipment. Completed the project of Interference of Operating System for PLC application of 8255 IC. PLC [Programmable Logic Controller] application.

Period 1985-87: [Programmer]
Associated with Datar Switchgear Ltd as System Analyst. Manufacture of switchgear of low tension class. Programmable calibration device for ELCB [Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker] /MCB [Miniature Circuit Breaker], Inventory Control System, Fanatical application for Sales and Region wise analysis.  Payroll System, Tax analysis program.  Designed testing bed for ELCB [Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker] and MCB [Miniature Circuit Breaker].

Period 1987-89 [System Analyst]
Associated with Sumeet Machines Ltd as System Analyst. Manufacture of house hold appliance like mixer / washing machine. I was Responsible for automation in Electronic Data Processing / production process, designed testing bed for induction motor, accessory designed for mixture / grinder food processor. Designed injection mould / Rubber moulds / special purpose turning / milling tools.   Designed automated production line for Washing Machine, Test Bed.

Period 1989-May 2006 [Design and Drafting Incharge]
Started my own firm named “Graphic Communications” at Nasik, India. I render my services in CAD/CAM area. Designed injection moulds for plastics / blow moulds for glass industries / gravity casting moulds / pressure die casting moulds / special purpose form tools / press tools / sheet forming tools. Old Drawing conversion to Solid Model using Solid Works [compatible for CATIA / UG / IDEAS] / AutoCAD. I worked for Sanjeet Mould Pvt. Ltd, Mahendra & Mahendra Ltd, MICO, Tushar Metals Pvt. Ltd., Sweetron Electonics P.Ltd, MAPA Tools Ltd., Perfect Circle Victor Ltd. Designed vanity box; suit case parts and more than 150 components moulds, Gasket Press tools around 4000 Nos., Form Tools for various applications.

Period June 2006 – Mar 2009 [Member Mechanical Design]
Pression Automation and Robotics Ltd, Pune ISO for design, Engineering software tools (software). Development related to ERP application for Design Activity is the key are of working. Developments are made in VB, Solid Edge. Standardization of mechanical components, worked as PLM Administrator, responsible for creating new user id, designing workflows, preparation of program for Smart Coding for PLM. I am engaged in Product Design with Development of Die. I have executed design part and manufacturing of dies were done by various CNC manufacturer. I included to build my technical ability using Solid Works, AutoCAD and c++, VB , VBA.  I have customized some of the components in parametric form in MS Excel which I use as Library. I have developed Conveyer System, also wrote interfacing software’s.  Along with this I also developed Payroll System, Manufacturing Inventory Control system, Billing, Excise, Sales Tax system using FoxPro. I have developed various engineering design calculation worksheet, which are available on internet.
