pallet in the puzzle parking

hey guys, i am have a problem . i want to design a puzlle parking lift 3 layer but i confuse the pallet calculation. This is the following of my pallet design:

this pallet consist of plate and some steel profile square hollow section and in each corner side of pallet there are 4 fulcrums for 4 wire rope.

Please every one, help me. How to Design calculation about this pallet design.
