@  DICK MONTES : (18 May 2012 - 05:36 AM) hi, i am studying the rehabilitation of our SBR sewage treatment plant and one of the process that really got my attention is the westech's aerotor technology, aside from its high capex which i am trying to justify, is there anyobody from you guys that have experience  operating this kind of equipment that can lend me your views on this please
@  ringside141 : (17 May 2012 - 02:31 PM) Good Morning.  I have an application where i am using a steel bodied assembly to hold (M7) locator pins in a grinding machine.  The diameter of the assembly is roughly 3 inches in diameter and has a boss to locate it concenrically when installed and bolted into place.  the (.200" diameter) pins are slip fit into radial holes in the boss and then set-screwed in place to hold them tightly in place.  (any movement causes the radial and axial location to change then they are loaded and cycled into the machine. )  the steel body works very well and has been in use for 30 years.  I would like to isolate the two pins from the body.   Can anyone suggest a durable non conductive material that can be machined, and withstand repeated cycles, that woudl behave similarly to the steel body (Hold threads, and not be fragile)  We use Phenolic Linen in many applciations, but it is not durable enough for this application.  Is there a fiber reinforced plastic that might work (ABS?)
